Plot Outline

This is a real thrill-ride in the deep sea! And it works out fine. You get hardly a minute to relax. An IMDB-rating of 6.1? Highly underrated, I think. The story is a straight one with no unneccessary fuss to complicate things. Just like “Alien Underwater”. It is pure thrill and suspense. The production design is absoluteley convincing. The music and sound design adds perfectly to the underwater atmosphere and the dangers lurking in that high-pressure environment. I must confess: I even liked Kristen Stewart with her cooler than Ripley-like portrayal of the main character. Guys, if you liked Alien, Leviathan and the Cthulhu-myth,you won’t be disappointed by this one. As an example of a short-story turned into a movie I would rate this at least an 8.5 or maybe even a 9.1 😉 This deserves to be watched in BD high-quality HD which would add to the thrilling atmosphere. Maybe I am a bit too enthusiastic about this, but it really got me close to hyperventilating for 90 minutes … ha ha … Stay safe out there, guys, and big thanks to the Scorp for bringing this to our attention! 🙂
