Sure, every movie finds its audence, and usually I give every new bit a chance to convince me … but this one defeated me completely, I must confess. After 20 minutes or so I left the flick be and switched off. Oh boy, the acting and direction was abyssmal, the visual effects looked as if a 12-year-old had made them at his home pc, and the music totally killed every scene. Not to mention the story and the characters that didn’t tell me anything … My guess is that there was a series of some kind so that this film expects the audience to know all the background and easily is invested in the film. Well, bad idea, doesn’t work at all.
If you know Teen Wolf something, well, maybe this film is for you. But as for me I only know that original Teen Wolf movie starring MIchael J. Fox. Yes, I am THAT old 😉 Ans I doubt that I will have the strength to give this namesake another chance, sorry … May the howling be with you! – Which reminds me: “The Howling” by Joe Dante was actually a really good werewolf movie… 🙂
